Terms of use

These terms govern your use of VoiceChatMate. They are written to be readable, not to replace careful judgment in stranger chat. Read them together with the community guidelines, privacy policy, and disclaimer.

1. The service

VoiceChatMate provides live random pairing for text, voice, and/or video between adults who use the product in a supported browser. Available features may evolve; matching depends on who is online in each mode.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction for stranger-directed chat products (we expect adults). If you are under that age, do not use the service.

3. Acceptable use

  • No illegal content, solicitation, or facilitation of harm.
  • No harassment, hate, or sexual coercion.
  • No spam, botting, or attempts to deanonymize others without consent.
  • No attacks on infrastructure (scraping at abusive rates, credential stuffing, etc.).

The community guidelines expand on day-to-day behavior.

4. Accounts and identity

There is no traditional password account. That does not remove responsibility for your behavior. VoiceChatMate may use technical signals to enforce these terms and protect the service when abuse is detected.

5. Content and monitoring

You grant VoiceChatMate a limited license to process what you send through the product for matching, delivery, safety, and legal compliance. Automated or human review may occur; not all content is reviewed in real time.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” Stranger chat carries inherent risk. See the disclaimer for health, safety, and warranty limits.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VoiceChatMate is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or interactions between users. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases, limits apply only to the maximum extent allowed.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes should refresh the “last updated” date above and, when appropriate, include a short notice in the product.

9. Contact
